Our policy is simple. Buy fresh, Cook fresh, Serve fresh….and that’s what we do. Our meat is purchased daily from local suppliers that only buy from Farms that meet Farm Assured Standards. It is free from colourings, artificial flavourings and genetic modifications. We don’t do that stuff, nor do we do frozen, It’s always fresh. Then we give it the Mexigo treatment. We marinate it (yep it’s our own marinade) for up to 48 hours before cooking to really give it some real zap. Our Smooth and Chunky Salsa (Picco de gallo) is lovingly made daily. As is our Guac and our three, mild to hot, sauces (no we’re not giving you the recipe! Then finally we cram it into our Burritos and throw in the added extras of your choice to put that big smile on yer face! So in a nutshell (if you haven’t got it by now), it is our food, they’re our recipes, and we lovingly make them daily fresh.
